With a 6th place in World Championships, Team Stredet ended season 34 in a good way. It was impossible do anything with Avataria, especially when we forgot to sign up for Vuelta and to set tactic in several SP and HL races. Anyway, a very good season overall, and we are looking forward to a new one.

Thoughts
* CL team did awesome this season, can't expect the same next season. Used TF twice, not planned any TF next season.
* Both SP team and HL team was a big disappointment. Actions have been made in the HL team, where two great HH's have been bought. In the SP team we haven't found any cost effective good LO's, which seems to be mission impossible in todays market. To take the number one spot, we might have to change our economical focus, and rather strengthen our sprinting team with not riders who are not the best economical options.
* Hiller team has the best ROI. To raise the ROI in the climbing team we decided to sell Drozdowski, which should lead to higher earnings. Getting higher ROI in the sprinting team is difficult, due to very high competition.
What next?
* We need better LO's and perhaps a new SP captain. Our mindset might go from earn as much cash as possible to gain as much point as possible. This to be able to compete with Avataria in the rankings. We are finally done with all the investments in equipments, so all earnings is now being used on riders and/or savings.

Looking forward to the competition;) Glad i still have a very young team, they should be more competitive for several seasons. And yeah, with 630k in earnings it might be ok to go all Man City;) Almost as good as you Jasper?;)
Yeah, but if you want to be #1 it might be necessary to screw ROI over in order to beat Avataria. Go Manchester City on his ass. ;)

Ah, world class LO's is sooo expensive! They are going to kill the ROI in the sprinting team:p But yeah, i guess i have to if i want to compete with Avataria!
